Viv joined the Marine team at Future after spending several years working on sailing yachts in the Mediterranean. She discovered seafaring during university, when she had the chance to attend the historic sailing school Centro Velico Caprera while studying for degrees in literature and art history. Since then she has spent as much time on the water as she can, working onboard in Italy and the UK in both a commercial and a non-profit capacity. She is passionate about building sailing community and looks forward to future ocean crossings. When she’s on the mainland, you can find her up a climbing wall, in the studio, or still nosing around the pontoons.
